2. Wypożycz rower
Skorzystaj z aplikacji Nextbike lub karty RFID.
W aplikacji:
- zeskanuj kod QR na rowerze lub wpisz numer roweru,
- wybierz WYPOŻYCZ ROWER.
Jeśli dołączyłeś kartę RFID do konta, zbliż ją do czytnika na rowerze (jest na bagażniku).
Wypożyczenie zacznie się wraz z automatycznym otwarciem blokady o-lock (jest na tylnym kole). Podczas zwalniania blokady usłyszysz charakterystyczny dźwięk. Szerokiej drogi!
O-lock się nie otworzył? Spróbuj poruszyć kołem, tak aby szprychy nie blokowały ruchu zamka i skorzystaj z opcji „OTWÓRZ”, dostępnej na aktywnym wypożyczeniu, która ponownie wyślę prośbę otwarcia blokady o-lock.
3. Postój
Potrzebujesz przerwy w wypożyczeniu, a nie chcesz zwracać roweru?
Kliknij i zamknij!
W aplikacji Nextbike:
- kliknij PARKING,
- przeczytaj komunikat wyświetlany na ekranie telefonu,
Na rowerze zamknij blokadę o-lock (jest na tylnym kole). Teraz możesz odejść od roweru, mając go dalej na koncie. UWAGA! Postój wliczany jest w czas wypożyczenia – Postój NIE jest ZWROTEM roweru.
Gdy będziesz gotowy wznowić użytkowanie roweru, w aplikacji Nextbike:
- otwórz zakładkę MOJE WYPOŻYCZENIA,
- wybierz WZNÓW,
- blokada o-lock otworzy się automatycznie.
4. Rezerwacja
Rezerwacji możesz dokonać poprzez aplikację, stronę internetową lub kontakt z BOK. Masz możliwość zarezerwować rower, który jest na stacji lub rower wolnostojący.
Korzystasz z aplikacji mobilnej?
Zaloguj się do aplikacji. Znajdź na mapie rower wolnostojący, który chcesz zarezerwować, kliknij na niego, a następnie postępuj zgodnie z wyświetlanymi komunikatami.
Rezerwując rower ze stacji, wystarczy kliknąć na mapie na „pinezkę” symbolizującą stację i dalej postępować zgodnie z wyświetlającymi się komunikatami. UWAGA! Podczas rezerwacji nie następuje przypisanie konkretnego numeru roweru, dlatego jeśli na stacji znajduje się kilka jednośladów, na miejscu będziesz mógł wybrać dowolny dostępny rower. Koszt rezerwacji jest pobierany niezależnie od tego, czy dokonasz wypożyczenia.
Swoją rezerwację sprawdzisz w aplikacji w zakładce WYPOŻYCZENIA i na stronie w zakładce REZERWACJE → AKTYWNE REZERWACJE.
Zarezerwowany rower oczekuje na Ciebie maksymalnie 15 minut od momentu dokonania rezerwacji, po czym ona jest anulowana automatycznie, a rower jest udostępniany dla innych Użytkowników. Jednocześnie możesz zarezerwować do 5 rowerów. UWAGA! Rezerwacja jest dodatkowo płatna.

5. Zwrot
Opuść blokadę o-lock (jest na tylnym kole). Jest to jedyny sposób na prawidłowe zakończenie wypożyczenia. Rower zwróci się automatycznie po zamknięciu blokady.
Stojaki na stacjach służą jedynie jako oparcie dla rowerów. Rower można postawić obok stojaka, ale trzeba zamknąć blokadę o-lock żeby go zwrócić.
1. Join us
Go to the website or download the Nextbike app and:
- select REGISTRATION,
- fill out the form and accept the TERMS & CONDITIONS,
- confirm your e-mail address,
- pay a minimum of 10 PLN.
PIN to your account you will receive by SMS.
That's all, you can use our bikes now!
2. Rent a bike
Use Nextbike app or RFID card.
In the application:
- scan the QR code on your bike or enter the bike number,
- select BIKE RENTAL.
If you have connected an RFID card to your account, bring the card to the reader on the bike (it is on the rack).
The rental will start with the automatic opening of the o-lock (it is on the rear wheel). When the lock is released, you will hear a characteristic sound. Have a safe trip!
The O-lock will not open? Try to move the wheel so that the spokes do not block the lock movement and use the "OPEN" option on the active rental, which will resend the request to open the O-lock.
3. Parking
Need a break in your rental but don't want to return the bike?
Click and lock!
In the Nextbike app:
- click PARKING,
- read the message displayed on your phone screen,
Close the o-lock on your bike (it is on the rear wheel). Now you can leave your bike with it still on your account. NOTE: A stop is included in the rental time - a stop is NOT a BIKE RETURN.
When you are ready to reuse your bike, on the Nextbike app:
- open the MY RENTALS tab,
- select RETURN,
- o-lock will open automatically.
4. Reservation
You can make a reservation via the app, the website or by contacting the Customer Service. You have the option to reserve a bike that is at the station or a standalone bike.
Using the mobile application?
Log in to the app. Find the freestanding bike you want to reserve on the map, click on it, and then follow the prompts.
When reserving a bike from a station, simply click on the "pin" on the map that represents the station and then follow the prompts. NOTE: No specific bike number is assigned during the reservation, so if there are several bikes at the station, you will be able to select any available bike on the spot. The cost of the reservation is charged regardless of whether you rent a bike or not.
You can check your reservation in the application under RENTALS and on the website under RESERVATIONS → ACTIVE RESERVATIONS.
A booked bike is waiting for you for a maximum of 15 minutes from the moment of making the reservation, after which the reservation is cancelled automatically and the bike is made available for other users. You may reserve up to 5 bikes at the same time. NOTE: The reservation is charged additionally.
How can you cancel the reservation?
You can cancel your reservation within 15 minutes.
Using Nextbike mobile application? Select MY RENTALS, click DETAILS and then CANCEL.

5. Return
Lower the o-lock (it is on the rear wheel). This is the only way to properly end the rental. The bike will return automatically when the lock is closed.
The racks at the stations serve only as a support for the bikes. You can put the bike next to the rack, but you have to close the o-lock to return it.
